Jim Hudson, III is
President/Owner of Hudson
Companies, Inc. and an alumnus
of Baylor School and University
of Tennessee.
With over 20 years
experience in commercial real
estate brokerage, leasing and
development, Mr. Hudson has
developed a solid reputation as
a trusted advisor and is
licensed in Tennessee and
Georgia.
In 1979, Mr. Hudson was an
aide to U.S. Senator Howard
Baker and State Minority Leader
Ben Atchley from Knox County. He
was then elected to the
Tennessee House of
Representatives from Knox County
making him the youngest member
of the 92nd Tennessee General
Assembly at age 22. Two years
later, he was re-elected for a
second term. In 1983, he was
named as
Tennessee |

Young Political
Leader of the Year by the American
Legislative Exchange Council and in
1987 was named the Chattanooga
Jaycees Young Man of the Year.
Mr. Hudson currently serves as
chairman of the Hamilton County
River Park Advisory Board as well as
the Carter Street Corporation (owner
of the Hamilton County/Chattanooga
Convention and Trade Center). He is
president of the Chattanooga Chapter
of BOMA (Building Owners Manager
Association) and is a member of the
Tennessee and National Associations
of Realtors. |

E. Parker Wamack, GRI is
serving as our Vice
President/Principal Broker. He
graduated from Middle Tennessee
State University and served in
the U.S. Navy. Parker brings
over 25 years of knowledge and
experience in commercial real
estate and development of
commercial properties. Mr.
Wamack served as vice president
of a large tri-state developer
of shopping centers and office
complexes. He is currently a
licensed Commercial General
Contractor and a licensed Real
Estate Broker in Tennessee and
Georgia.
As an active community
member, Mr. Wamack was past
president of East Ridge
Merchants Association and
currently serves on the board of
directors of Boyd Buchanan
School. |

Phil Rhodes is our
Resident Advisor. Phil served as
our Vice President/Principal
Broker for a number of years and
is an alumnus of the University
of Tennessee.
He held brokers' licenses
in Tennessee, Georgia and North
Carolina. His focus as a realtor
was on commercial land
assemblage, acquisition,
disposition and development.
Mr. Rhodes has been active
in local, civic and community
affairs serving 22 years as a
commissioner on the
Chattanooga-Hamilton County
Regional Planning Agency, as
well as on numerous boards of
directors. He held memberships
in both the Tennessee and
National Association of
Realtors.

Steve Bandy is a licensed Affiliate Broker and is a graduate of Hixson High School and Middle Tennessee State University where he received his Bachelors of Science in Marketing.
Before coming to
Hudson, he was a Manufacturing
Representative for 16 years. He currently owns and operates a car wash facility in Hixson, Tennessee.

Lee T. Harper is a
graduate of McCallie School and
the University of Tennessee,
Knoxville.
He has an extensive background
in construction and real estate
development. Lee's focus is on
office, warehouse, retail and
land sales and development.
Lee is a licensed Real Estate
Broker in Tennessee
and Real Estate Affiliate Broker in Georgia and holds
memberships in the Tennessee and
National Association of
Realtors.

Chad Wamack is a graduate of Boyd-Buchanan School and the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He is currently a licensed Affiliate Broker in Tennessee and is licensed agent in Colorado.
He is also a candidate for the CCIM designation. Chad's focus is on commercial land, industrial properties, and retail leasing. |

David L. Williams is an
alumnus of the University of
Tennessee at Chattanooga and is
retired from the United States
Postal Service. His military
service was through the U.S.
Navy Reserve program and active
duty was aboard the USS
Everglades AD-24.
Mr. Williams has held an
active Real Estate license for
12 years with over six years as
an Associate Broker. He is
licensed in Tennessee and
Georgia with membership in the
Tennessee and National
Associations of Realtors.

Jelena Butler, CCIM is a graduate of the University of Tennessee where she earned a degree in Business Management.
Prior to a career in commercial real estate Jelena worked in the retail industry as an executive director for a multi-store retail operations in New York, Washington, D.C. and Chicago. She has been awarded the CCIM designation, demonstrating proficiency and experience in asset management, valuation, and investment analysis; the cornerstone of commercial investment and real estate. She is a licensed realtor in both Tennessee and Georgia and serves as president-elect of the Market Center Council and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce. |
Jeffrey W. Garner is serving as our Vice President of Construction and is an alumnus of The McCallie School and Birmingham Southern College where he received his Bachelor of Arts in History/Business Administration in 1990. He also attended Cumberland School of Law.
From 1991 to 1996 he was a Manager of Operations of United Asbestos Control. Recently, he was Project Manager for C & I Specialty Company and comes to us with many years of construction and logistical experience.

Michael W. Fullam, CSM serves as our leasing agent for Shallowford Business Park West and is an alumnus of The McCallie School and attended The University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Mike has over 20 years experience in managing and leasing commercial properties. He was a regional director for a national shopping center REIT where he was responsible for 12 enclosed regional malls totaling over 8 million square feet. He attained the prestigious CSM (Certified Shopping Center Manager) designation in 1990 which is given by the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Tennessee and resides in Cleveland, Tennessee.

Debra Headden serves as our Property Manager. Ms. Headden joined Hudson Companies in 2000 and is responsible for the management and operation of third party and company owned retail, office and warehouse properties. She is a member of the Chattanooga and International Chapters of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and is a candidate for the Real Property Administrator designation.
Prior to joining Hudson Companies, Ms. Headden was Accounting Manager for the Chattanooga Times Free Press. She attended Tennessee Wesleyan College where she majored in Accounting.
